Permaculture

Gardening is a great way to get outside in your own backyard. If you have never eaten a vegetable you have grown yourself, you should try it sometime. Its pretty awesome. One of our phasers Frazier Edwards has created a permaculture blog. Follow him to learn about everything permaculture and how we can use permaculture as an educational tool in our schools.

Go Frazier! And go grow a plant!

Western Washington University is doing some amazing things to help people be present in moment away from their screens. We highly encourage Western students to consider going to these students. If you are not a Western student, maybe this is your opportunity to start similar programs in your community.
